so first i want to share this gorgeous little gal with y’all.. oh my goodness, she was about as precious as they come! she kept crawling up to me to hold her… i guess she figured that if i was holding her i couldn’t get her with my big black thing aka camera, lol!! no really, she’s very photogenic and made some of the cutest expressions ever.. but then, you can see that for yourself!


and i cannot even tell you how much i love that last one.. it’s not perfect by any means, her hair’s sticking up and you can’t even see her little medal.. but oh my, look at that face.. LOVE IT!

okay, my husband is begging me to start my maternity leave earlier than i planned. he’s afraid i’m going to go early and he’ll have to finish up my shoots (i’m not sure he even knows how to turn on my camera) or have to edit them.. again, he knows nothing about my editing process, lol! so i think i’m going to finish up shooting sessions in the next 2 weeks or so, b/c the reality of it is the majority of the work is done AFTER the photoshoot. I certainly don’t want to have to delay anyone’s order b/c i’m in labor, lol! So I have decided that I will continue to take sessions for the next 2-3 weeks, and then that will be that until around the end of May! Sooooooo if you really want a session before i have this kid, call me ASAP!!

well, i think most of you know that i’m expecting.. but if you didn’t, well.. now you do, lol! i’m due around the 3rd week of April, but as of right now the baby is breech, so we’ll see what happens. i’ve had some phone calls and emails about an Easter special, and unfortunately as of right now i don’t think i’ll be able to do one. if things change, i will certainly post and let everyone know, but since i’m due so close to Easter i’m afraid it won’t happen. i have not set certain dates for my maternity leave, but will instead play it by ear. i’m hoping to work right up until i have the baby, but of course those sessions will be limited. if you’re having a baby around the time i’m due and want newborn photo’s, please go ahead and contact me, i will have another photographer visting me around that time and it may be possible to get a session.
so anyway, i think that was everything i wanted to say and here’s a photo my baby… another GIRL! and she appears to be stubborn already here she is at 27.5 weeks.
