Sneak peek: 1st birthday

Check out this cutie patootie who just turned one! We were going to do a cake smash, but Mom found out at her party over the weekend that she wasn’t all into the cake! Cake would have been fun, but I finally got to try out my new pettiskirt, lol.
Check her out and comments welcome!

from last weekend..

i had a super busy weekend.. well, weekend and first part of the week anyway. last friday i helped out a wonderful wedding photographer, Robin DePaula (www.depaulaphoto.com) with a wedding she had in gulf shores. and by help i mean i asked if i could tag along and try to learn a thing or two from her and she graciously accepted. so first, let me share a few from the wedding..

let me tell you, if your thinking about doing something like this, running off to the beach and getting married.. go for it, it was the most beautiful ceremony i’ve ever attended! and by the way, robin does destination weddings and travels all over to photograph weddings!

and then sunday we already had plans to travel to biloxi for a little mini vacation before school starts back. i had planned to do a beach session with my girls and my little cousin, but after being at the wedding, i decided that biloxi beaches would not cut it, so we drove 2 hours to go to gulf shores for the afternoon! so here are a few from that..
the first is my fave..

thanks for looking!
