hey there!
just wanted to share a few recent sibling sessions i’ve had… the first family has 3 boys, and the second has 3 girls and 1 boy! the funny thing is the last time that i took photo’s for both of these families, it was around the same time this past summer and both for the (then) babies 1st birthday… and now those babies are over 18 months and no longer the babies… nope, they both are big brother/sister with little brother/sister born about the same time! check ‘em out…

boy am i lucky…

really i am. my daughter asked me last night when i was a little kid, what did i want to be when i grew up. i sat there and thought about it for a second… i don’t ever remember wanting to be a teacher or a doctor, actually, when i was her age i don’t remember wanting to be anything, lol. but as i got older, and my love of photography grew, i remember thinking how neat it would be to be a photographer. but i still don’t think that it entered my mind that it was something i could do. when i graduated high school and started collage, again, i thought how cool it would be if i could go to school for photography, but at my dad’s suggestion, i majored in business management. i graduated 4.5 years later with a degree in management, and while i don’t regret it, i wonder why so many times over the years i thought how awesome it would be to be a photographer, yet never actually thought i could be one. i really don’t know why, though it definitely doesn’t hurt to have a business background when you own your own business, lol. so have so many years of having this hobby, we moved to eunice and with the encouragement of some new and not so new friends, i took it to the next level. and the rest, as they say.. is history!! anyway, there’s a getting to know Hope story for you!
oh, and perhaps i should get back to whole reason of this post
yep, like i said, i get to work with some of the cutest kids ever, and these girls are no exception! big sister Miss J was so adorable and full of energy and a true princess, and then her lil sis Miss A was about as cute as they come with her big blue eyes and head full of hair. Miss A was a little on the serious side, but after lots of work we finally were able to get a few smiles out of her.. but mom’ll have to wait to see those! enjoy!
Fun senior..
